Choose the payment option "credit card" during the ordering process. After verifying the order, you will be lead to a page where you can enter your credit card details. We suggest that you have your card details on hand. As soon as you have fully entered all this data, your order will continue being processed. 

The sum of the order will only be reserved on your credit card at first, and therefore it will not be withdrawn right away. Your credit card will only be charged once your products are sent. In case the order fails in any way, your credit card will not be charged with anything.

Your safety is our highest priority, and that is why we use great caution and high safety standards while dealing with your personal data. For safe transferring of customer data during the ordering process and especially credit card details, we use a secure transfer method – the “Secure Socket Layer” (SSL) connection.

Safety Control
In some cases, we might implement a credit card check for safety. You will be informed by e-mail about this. In these cases, we simply require a copy of the front and back side of your credit card (so that the number and card owners’ name are legible) as well as a copy of a current ID (Official ID, Passport or driver’s license). You can send us the copies by mail or fax.
This process only needs to be carried out in rare cases, and is implemented for your safety, to make sure that no one else tries to shop with your credit card!

Please note that our bank only works with DKK (Danish Kroner). In case you're paying with a different currency, additional cost may be incurred.


Orders received after at. 12:00 will be shipped within one day. The delivery time for our products is 1-7 days. If the item is not in stock, the expected delivery is within 8-14 workdays.

It is always possible to check, if the product is in stock before the item is added to your cart!

You only pay shipping once - no matter how many items you purchase per. order. The total delivery cost is clearly indicated, when you order your items.

Free delivery from € 75,- order cost! are using the shipping services from Post Nord, Post Danmark or GLS.

Timely delivery requires however that Post Nord and GLS, comply the promised delivery.

If there are any delays with Post Denmark or GLS, this will delay the delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Post Nord’s quality of supply is minimum 97% of letter packages and minimum 99% of the parcels. Note: These percentages are average, and can cover large local and temporary variations. cannot be held responsible for the delays of Post Denmark, Post Nord, GLS or any other shipping-agent. In cases of very late (several days) or items that are never delivered, will obviously, create a new shipment without charge.

Delivery to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad also happens with Post Nord or GLS.


Right to cancel

If you don’t like what you received, you can undo the entire order within that period. The cancellation does not require any stated reason or mandatory form, so it can be made in oral or text form (e.g. by an email, phone, or by our cancellation form.

Return policy

  • 14-day return policy from the day the products are received

  • If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in the same condition and quantity as you received it. When merchandise is received, and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days.

  • The wish of returning the products, must be notified to us within 30 days after the purchase.

  • The notification shall be made by mail: In the message, make us clearly aware that you want to use your right of return. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send with the return. This can be found at the bottom of this page.

  • You can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

  • If the product is used more than what is outlined above, we consider it as used. This means that you only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the product's commercial value.

  • To receive the full purchase amount - You can try the product, as if you tried it in a physical store - but do not take it in actual use!


Returns – limit for free shipping:
In the case of returns, we reserve the right to charge the standard shipping charges. For example, if the value of the order minus the return is less than the shipping cost limit.

Complaints and manufacturer’s warranty

Returns that apply to the products’ producer (e.g. product flaws) will be sent directly to the  producer. As soon as we hear from them, we will let you know, whether the return was accepted as justified and you can choose between a replacement or store credit.

Examples of a material flaw would be that your snowboards’ top layer delaminates, your shoe-sole wasn’t glued on correctly, or if an unusual part of your bindings break in a situation it should normally withstand.

If you are returning goods because of a delivery error or damage to the package or goods. offers 24-month warranty, covering manufacturing and material defects discovered in its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by misuse, poor maintenance, violence or tampering. Complaints about defects which should be detected by normal examination of the goods must be notified within a reasonable time. The product can be returned for repair or replacement. About complaints return costs reasonable.

Returnment also takes place to this address - please note that we do not receive packages sent by ‘cash-by-delivery’.

Returns can also happen by refusing to receive or deliver the goods personally to us. It is not a requirement but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information* is attached to the package.

*copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of bank account, copies of any prior correspondence, etc.
